Toilets in the News
Spaloo is a Japanese-style Shower Toilet whose time has
come.
- The San
Francisco Business Times featured an article on the shower toilets
that Google installed in its Mountain View, CA offices as a perk to
its employees.
- Red
Herring Technology Journal reported that Mark Cuban, the owner of
the Dallas Mavericks and former owner of Broadcast.com, invested $1.3
million in a shower toilet company.
- An AFP
news release explained that Toto, the world's largest plumbing manufacturer,
sells 2,000 seats a month in the U.S. They are now planning the construction
of a new manufacturing plant to handle their expected expansion.
- Spaloo was featured on thrillist.com,
as one of the "best gadgets for guys."
